Linking yoga postures with the breath, mindful movement and meditation will lead you to new discoveries and bring awareness to your mind, body and spirit, and strengthen your connection with your baby.

Cultivate and honor the power and strength that you have within. You possess an innate wisdom that intuitively understands the very natural process of pregnancy and birth. We honor your unique journey and the choices that you take for your pregnancy and birth.

The classes, guided in a calm, peaceful environment will help strengthen the uterus and pelvic floor muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort. You will meet and bond with other pregnant women. At the end of the class you will feel calm, confident, refreshed, and deeply connected to your body and to your child. Previous yoga experience is not required and participation can commence at any stage in your pregnancy.
