Sean D'Amico/Chiranjeev Singh is a 3HO certified Kundalini Yoga instructor who has been practicing since 2009. Having been a varsity and semi-professional athlete, he still enjoys participating in competitive sports and leading an active lifestyle while enjoying the transformative benefits Kundalini Yoga offers both at work and at play.
As an actor, Sean is also involved in the dramatic arts and has found the integration of breath work, centeredness, relaxation and focus Kundalini Yoga provides to be highly beneficial for preparation and delivery.

Aran Rose Shea is a certified ashtanga and vinyasa flow instructor who first began practicing yoga in 2003.
As a seasoned teacher and guide, Aran loves nothing more than to interact with fellow practitioners and consciously build
a practice around the energy and abilities of her students.
With extensive training in both yoga and various acrobatic arts, she guides her students in a practice that is dynamic,
centering and refreshingly unpredictable.
Aran is overjoyed to be a part of the Vidalia Yoga family and looks forward to sharing her passion for yoga with the NDG community.

Manon Lacroix is a certified Yin Yoga instructor who, after over eight years of dedicated practice, finally decided to share her passion for yoga with others and become a teacher. She has taught corporate yoga, chair yoga for seniors and yoga for people who suffer from mental illnesses. After attending numerous yoga, meditation and anatomy workshops and retreats over the years, she is now completing her 200 hour Hatha Yoga teacher training.
Manon’s classes are gentle, slow and very meditative. They are accessible to all ages, levels and physical conditions. She encourages her students to go at their own pace, do what they can, and most of all listen to their own body and breath. Her classes are not alignment based; she prefers to encourage her students to focus on how they feel in a pose rather than how they look.
Manon’s love for yoga is clearly felt in the classroom and is contagious and inspiring for her students. Her Yin and Restorative classes are sure to leave you feeling extremely calm, relaxed and focused.

Stephanie Millette/UpDesh Kaur is a certified Kundalini Yoga and Reiki Practitioner. Even when she was very young, she was fascinated by the energetic field. In her mid-twenties, like-minded friends introduced her to the practice of meditaiton. From this point on, she understood that she was not alone in her quest to explore the energetic field underlying the human experience.
Trained in Transcendental Meditation, Kundalini Yoga and Reiki, UpDesh Kaur is confident in her understanding of the energetic power around and within everyone. She has a strong desire to share the tools she has discovered to access the inifite power within.

Christina Tao is an SNMQ certified massage therapist who has been practicing Swedish massage since 2011 and joined the Vidalia Yoga team in May, 2013.
She has witnessed the healing power of theraputic massage first hand and is always thrilled to see the positive changes in her patients after they've experienced one of her relaxing and stress-releasing massages.

Aysar Orabi was drawn to the field of massage therapy after it helped him recover from a long-term injury. He has studied various types of massage including therapeutic, deep tissue, Shiatsu and Swedish and has been fascinated by the many physical and mental benefits to be reaped from massage therapy.
As an SNMQ certified massage therapist, Aysar has a passion for the therapeutic application of massage. He enjoys working with his patients to fascilitate natural healing, allowing their bodies to naturally heal themselves.

Kim Nightingale completed her Shiatsu training in Tokyo, Japan under the care of a skillful Sensei. She has been a Zen Shiatsu practitioner for over 14 years. In addition to one-on-one Shiatsu treatment sessions, Kim offers both certification courses and shorter, introductory courses as well.

Siri Kirin Kaur graduated from The Rocky Mountain Institute of Yoga and Ayurveda in 2002 where she completed her 900 hour Ayurvedic Consultant and Yoga Therapist degree program. Her studies included Ayurvedic lifestyle coaching, Pancha Karma, Postpartum care, Yoga psychology, asana and ayurveda.
Siri is also a 3HO certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and combines Kundalini yoga techniques and meditations along with Ayurvedic principles in her consultations, so one may find more peace, joy and balance along this journey. |
